I relation to humans, yeah. Aside from a few exceptions, Pokemon tend to be sized similarly to each other if they're based off similar concepts. For example, all three beetle Pokemon (Pinsir, Vikavolt, and Heracross) are the exact same size.

If it was going to evolve why would they show it in VGC fighting against strong mons? They would show a pokémon that is competitively viable (to them atleast) and a pre-evolution certainly isn't (Crabrawler certainly doesn't benefit from eviolite)
