Timer Ball is a solution to every problem.

At this point, all you really need are Quick and Dusk Balls, maybe Timer as well. Nothing is hard to catch anymore.

Capture power 3 makes everything easy to catch

Even legends can reach 10%+ catch rate in an ordinary Poké Ball with it

But the absolute worst legendaries to capture are the Beasts in Colosseum

The only saving grace of those legendaries was that Suicune could be caught in a Net Ball.
