Marvel Scale is ok, however lack of ability to heal status hinders Milotic pretty badly

I like its design while most Megas suck too.
Serene Grace is a good pick though. 60% chance of burn+80 base damage sounds nasty

Still his other suggestion is interesting.
High burn risk makes any phys sweeper think twice before switching in and compensates the low Def.

Sure Gutsy sweepers destroy it but it's fine to have a specific counter.

Or alternatively, is there a move that would make Milotic more competitive while keeping MarvelScare/Competitive?
