Alright i'm here to discuss a few things. I will need to bearer of bad news but here we go:

There are a little over 80 new pokemon in Sun and Moon and this includes Alolan forms. There are not much more than the pokemon revealed aside from evolutions (such as Pyukumuku's) of whats been shown.
The leaks we've seen are very similar to the final result, but a bit has changed with the final evo designs (colors mainly)

There is not secret big bad, Guzma is just a punky kid who happens to have a bunch of grunts at his command (never explained)

There is no "Bond", Greninja has a different Forme, thats it.
There is no "Gigareki" pokemon.
Radiant form for Solgaleo is pure Fire.
Full Moon Form Lunala is pure Dark.
You activate them after using their signature moves.

Ninetails default form has been changed to Fire/Fairy

There are 4 islands and 4 captains per island, giving you a total of 16 "gyms' but they only have 2-3 pokes each and the system allows you to overlevel them very easily without exp share

Too bad Radiant and full moon forms are more likely to be like the overdrive forms of both White and Black Kyurem.
We see Solgaleo and Lunala turning into these while using their signature attack
