I don't go to tournaments and stuff so I don't know how the process is but I if they check all mons in your team and boxes you could always just delete your boxes. If you just want to use mons online though, it will just not allow any pokemon that doesn't pass the hack check.

No but if you cheat it taints your souls.

This is more of a moral dilemma op.
Because as it stands, you can cheat and inject quite a bit without getting caught by anything and any one. The coding for individual Pokemon has been studied enough so anyone can create a perfect replica of a anything that should in theory be able to exist.

And yeah, wiping you data wipes everything.
