Omitted EV spreads to try and cut down the reading. Here's what I'm considering:
1. Replace Manectric with Raichu (Galvantula was a consideration, but 4mss and a lack of lightningrod)
2. Replace Toxicroak with Kabutops
If I had a legit 5IV Qwilfish back from when he could get swords dance I would use that, make Mismagius another support, and swap Toxicroak for Reuniclus or M-Blastoise.

There is a lot I would do for an evolved 5 IV 0 Attack togetic with the above traits. Or even a togepi at that point but... dear god I just don't want to breed togepi for IVs ;_;

I have lots of stuff, particularly dratinis, klefkis, eevees, minccinos, and frillish. All have at least 5 IVs, all the dratinis and klefkis are at least pentaperfect. I also can get you any BP item, have some spare legendaries, and an extra arceus code
