Hi guys, I need help with breeding. I'm new to this stuff but I read some of the basic things.
The problem is that I can't get even a 5 IVs eevee and I have already been hatching eggs 1 hour.
I got 2 eevees
1st eeve is the male with destiny knot
it has:
HP
ATT
DEF
the other one has:
SP. def
SP. att
speed
Every time I hatch an egg it has 2-3 IVs. I think I'm doing something wrong.

But here's how breeding works.
Without the Destiny Knot, the parents pass three IVs down to each child. So, for example, say you were using your Eevees and it chose HP, Def, and Sp Def to come from the parents. It would randomly choose a parent for each of those stats, leaving each of the three with a 50% chance of being perfect because only one parent has them. The Destiny Knot increases that to 5 stats pulled from the parents. Any others are randomized.
It's better to double up a little. If both parents have a perfect Def stat, for example, then if it pulls that stat from the parents, it's guaranteed perfect.
