Kyurem-B if "God" tier means mythicals and Box legends.

Regice if you just mean legends in general. Regice was okay back in gen-3 when that 200 SpD meant it could wall half the game and fighting type was still a joke, but then Gen-4 had that Physical-Special split and almost every fighting type got Close Combat. Regice is pretty awful now.
