Look I know you were probably 12 when you played Black and White and thought Bug/Fire as a type was epic or some shit, but you need to face the facts. Well GF didnt exactly make Volcarona main game friendly

>BW, first Larvesta available is as an egg about halfway through the game

>Larvesta doesnt even evolve until 59
>can catch a lv70 one in postgame but by then you're already pretty much done with the game as a whole save for online (RIP)

Granted they fixed it in BW2 and gave you an underlevelled Volcarona but that was a special exception, in any other installment you're going to go through a similar ordeal. I love Volcarona and try to make teams around it all the time, but most casuals who just play the main games barely know or care that it exists because it takes too much effort to get.

It's very good. Without the glaring weakness to Rock and lack of inmunities it would be near broken. It's on the same boat of Tyranitar, they're excellent Pokémon even with all their short comings.
