How would you nerf Mega Kangaskhan so that it's still competitively viable, but not so blatantly overpowered? Would nerfing PB to 1.3 and only allowing secondary effects to proc once be enough?
Bonus: Nerf Mega Salamence in the same way.

I say drop the power (second hit does 1/3 damage though- 1/4 is a bit severe, we want to keep it viable just not OP), don't drop the secondary effects. They're mostly just used for Power Up Punch (only run on 40% of Kang in VGC 2016 Battle Spot last season), which is a fun advantage, and if you are stupid enough to let a Mega Kang PUP you, you probably deserved it.
