>wanting to play competitively
Yes
>>27797760
Have fun in PU
>>27797760
Yes
you'll get your shit kicked in nonstop
even building a team of viable mons around 1 favorite doesnt really work that much
>>27797925
so even if I strategize and organize a team to stand on its own I'll always be beat by people who play with overpowered mons...?
>>27797760
Nope. I did it, and so can you.

Disregard these posts. Only play AG. OU is shit. Make sure you take advantage of ALL the cheesy shit you can in AG—Double Team, Attract, multiple Sleep statuses, the whole works. Fuck Mega-Rayquaza, Darkrai, and Xerneas's shit up.
>>27797967
Nope. But post your team so we can be sure and offer suggestions to make you invincible.
>>27797760
Good luck being at the bottom. It's fun using your favorite mons, but with the hyper competitive community and individuals on Wi-Fi. Better start make an OU team, just to be safe.

you'd have to compromise somewhere
you can run 1 or 2 of your favorites and then the rest should be on there to balance the team out
for example, if you use a chesnaught, a heatran actually covers all of its weaknesses and vice-versa, so you may find it fitting your team well
if your team takes a lot of damage from stealth rock, you would want a rapid spinner or defogger even if you don't really like any of them
