It's a recent decision. I needed a reliable special attacker desperately and Galvantula wasn't cutting it, even with Sticky Web support. It's a doubles team for what it's worth, so it's not like I can just Aura Sphere six times and it's gg.

But yeah Bastiodon puts in motherfucking work with Wide Guard and Roar, and Malamar's saved me so many games singlehandedly.

My vgc team. I'm not a competitive player, I mostly play for fun against friends so the team consists of my favourites.

Zapdos is a generic HP ice, T-bolt, roost, tailwind one. Exeggutor is a Trick Room one for my slow attackers. Arcanine has alot of tricks with Snarl, Intimidate, etc.

A really fun team with surprising amounts of synergy.

This sandstorm team is a variation on the one I made back in gen 4. I made adjustments to it during gen 5 to fit that meta more appropriately, and I still bust this team out to this day whenever I'm teaching someone how to competitively battle, or if some faggot thinks they're hot shit at battling needs to be knocked down a few pegs.
