Many of you (and me) were disappointed by how Gen VI didn't

Many of you (and me) were disappointed by how Gen VI didn't added any new Poké Ball, but why add new Poké Ball when the already existing ones are the only that whe need?

-Poké Ball, Great Ball, Ultra Ball: Standard, Mid, and High rate balls.
-Safari Ball: ball exclusive to Pokemon not native of a region
-Master Ball: flawless ball

Fast Ball: high rate on base 100 Speed
-Friend Ball, Luxury Ball: one set the friendship rate to 200, the other is a lame copy that only doubles the friendship gained
-Heavy Ball: high rate on heavier Pokemon
-Level Ball, Nest Ball: high rate on underleveled Pokemon
-Love Ball: high rate on opposite gender Pokemon
-Lure Ball: high rate on Pokemon found by fishing
-Moon Ball: high rate on Pokemon that evolve with Moon Stone
-Sport Ball: only contains Bug-types

-Dive Ball: high rate on Water Pokemon (Diving Pojemon in Hoenn games)
-Net Ball: high rate on Water and Bug Pokemon
-Premier Ball: standard Poké Ball with better design
-Repeat Ball: high rate on species previously caught
-Timer Ball: useful on legendaries

-Cherish Ball: contains event Pokemon
-Dusk Ball: high rate on caves or at night
-Heal Ball: fully restores the HP, PP and removes status of a caught Pokemon (only works once)
-Quick Ball: only useful on the first turn

-Dream Ball: contains Pokemon with HA
