The Pokemon with the highest BSTS that aren't legendaries, pseudos, or megas are:

Unless it's a Legendary, a pseudo-legendary, or a Mega, Game Freak doesn't allow anything to go above Arcanine's BST without having an ability that hinders it.

You've got high hopes. The math pointed to somewhere around 550-600 last time I checked, as well as a base Special Attack of ~150-200. Of course, I wasn't the one doing the math, so maybe people have been fucking with us in prior threads.

If not for its pitiful bulk, Archaeops would be fine. But it's only because it has 140 Attack that GF purposefully ruined it.

Arcanine could have greater BSTs than Archeops and STILL not need a Defeatist-like Ability to keep it in check. Just bump up its speed by those 12 points and you actually have a valid fucking Fire-dog.

It's not really clear how it loses the form. It may not be at certain health, but rather when it takes a hit, like a super effective hit. Maybe any strong hit. But you may be able to switch it out and back in for school form.
