I doubt it'll be worse than regular Sandslash simply because of all the resistances.

People tend to focus too much on weaknesses and overlook resistances. Celebi is weak to 7 types, but the 6 it resists mak it a decent Pokemon.

Conversely, Spiritomb and Sableye only have one one weakness (Fairy), but they also only have one resistance, and it's to Poison.
