No. Ash will find a random trainer with a raichu or Hau will be a travelling companion and his Pichu will eventually go all the way to Alola Raichu

Has there ever been a time travel episode? like, pikachu evolves for one chapter and we see how much his personality changes, he gets a power boost and defeats the bad guy and then everything is back to normal.
