The only fucking mystery to me are those ears. Why are they like that, so its ears don't get clogged with water? Otherwise it's a very nice design.

I bet you'll need to transfer from either RBY or XYORAS, and those transferred ones will breed Pichu that will evolve into regular Raichu. But any caught in Alola and bred from them will become Alolan.
