All of those are feminine. Mr. Mime is some balding, effeminate flower shop owner. Tapu Koku is some twinky caribbean boy. Slurpuff is depicted as a girl in every single form of pokemon media. Granbull's preevo wears a literal dress. Carbink is understandable, but diance is extremely feminine and it's a mutation of carbink. Klefki is feminine. Xerneas is feminine.
