4Kids had to put love and effort into it to make money because the shows were all they had fingers in

TPCi doesn't really care about the anime because they profit off the TCG and vidya too

Did it really? I think that's mostly nostalgia speaking. I don't find the TPCi dub to be substantially worse (or better) than 4Kids was.
