So what would sound type be? What would it be effective against? What mons would have sound type like pic related?

DESU my only basis for ever mentioning sound type is that there are plenty of existing mons that could be retyped to it. I have NO idea how they could come up with reasons for its effectiveness and resistance against any other typings. Any time I try to think of it I can only conclude that it would be haphazard as fuck.
