do you give your pokemon fun nicknames? do you feel bad for putting

I never nickname my mons I just usually rewrite their names so its not all caps, and I usually know what team i want before I start the game so I rarely capture more than six or seven pokemon

Yes, all of them have normal names, like Fred, Ernie and Benedict.

If I have carried them around for a while, yes. Then I turn the console off, realize it's a bloody game and carry on like usual.

Yep, pretty much all of them. Either regular names like Steven or just made up ones like DiamondSnow.
Yes if they are the ones I've used during the main plot.

I name my pokemon after anime and video game characters or puns.

I always give my pokemon nicknames unless I'm just going to stick them in the PC and never touch them. I also like to occasionally give them the names of a different pokemon.

I nickname any Pokémon I plan to train as part of my team. I always end up boxing a good 10 or so of these over the course of the story.

Nicknames are basically whatever I think sounds good at the time, but it usually runs along the lines of wordplay (my B2 Braviary was named Tomahawk) or references (Talonflame in Y was NVIDIA).

Just finished a Cloyster that I named City-Face.

I nickname 1st evolution penaperfect pokemon their 1st stage evo with a space inserted so their names don't change when they evolve and wonder trade or GTS them

I can only come up with nicknames I like for very few pokemon so I don't bother now.

PC/Pokeballs are like VR in my headcannon so no, I don't feel bad.

I name my pokemon after toku characters.
Still haven't gotten my shiny Greninja named Jiraiya though.
