To be fair, they could have their signature moves be different based on their Alola form, similar to Curse working differently for ghosts. Bonemerang could be a fire move, Bone Club could be ghost? I'd be surprised if Barrage (maybe first dragon multi hit move) or Payday (no idea) weren't changed to make them usable.
