True, I still have tons of them lying around in the back of one of my cabinets. Just stumbled across them while searching for one of my USB-sticks. Some of the more frequently releasing magazines didn't have enough content to fill all the pages most of the time, so they had to rely on weird shit like this. The same one from the OP picture also had an page long made up conversation between Nurse Joy, Tsunade from naruto, Ruffy and the Staff team.

Why in the world would magazines even still do that in 2007? That's some 90s shit if I ever saw it. I probably wouldn't question them invoking such a thing since the 90s were the last time magazines meant a damn for anything.

I'm in the UK. I used to collect Pokémon World (now called Pocket World, I think), and the create-a-Pokémon section of the magazine was always hilarious. One issue, they literally made a direct copy of Shadow the Hedgehog the #1 submission.
