And there ya go. Technician plus semi-usable speed (90 could be better) with the new Amulet Coin make Meowth gimmicky enough to be near-decent.

The absolute best I can think of is a focus sash flail user (egg move).

It can't even be a good support with thunderwave on first move and a guaranteed second move because of speed.

Another option is to just give him a choice scarf and debuff the enemy until you die (which will likely be on the first turn).

Poliwrath looks like a dick and the huge upper body with a smaller lower body looks terrible. Poliwhirl looks chill and relax and is completely spherical. It is shaped exactly like a friend and and I l9ve them.
