Well, not enough has been confirmed yet for me to say anything. At least now, they show vast promise, but they need to make good on that promise, and that's looking fairly weak. When we said we didn't want the gyms/Elite anymore, we meant we wanted a better reason to fight, not an alternate version of happyfuntimes adventure. At least this is less shallow, but not by much. Now it feels like Scouting as opposed to a kid destroying the world by playing. If I were to give a more adult analogy, I'd say it's like some kind of initiation ritual into a very ridiculous club.
