This is a thread for Pokemon who willl never get a Mega. Never get a new form. They'll never get anything from Gamefreak because they aren't popular enough, they aren't from an old enough generations or they are just that unlucky.

Pokemon which might be unlikely to get a mega are probably shit like Wormadam which have several formes, Deoxys is exception since it's legendary but even then it didn't get its big chance in ORAS despite being heavily featured. Pokemon that just got Alolan formes will probably not get megas either since they're probably considered "already recently updated old Pokemon" by Gamefreak
