Refrigerate as HA means that his rapid spin can't get blocked and becomes a decent damage dealer. With recover and no stealth rock weakness he can spin very reliably.

This wouldnt piss me off so much if the dex entry implied it wouldn't get Gyro Ball.
it wont have as much Defense most likely but will definitely be close to Mega steelix is raw damage with the Gyro Ball. I hope Alola forms have BSTs revamped and arent consistent with their base forms.
Ninetales and Sandslash both have piss BST.
