How do we fix psychic types /vp/? My suggestion, make psychic

Make them only weak to bug, and resist everything else

Only ice needs a desperate (defensive) fix. Psychic fags can go and touch themselves to gen 1.

Maybe just let them resist Fairy rather than giving Fairy another weakness. Unfortunately Game Freak has made it so that buffing Psychic also buffs some of the strongest Pokemon in the game, so they seem hesitant to throw the type any bones. Without an absolutely monstrous BST or min-maxing of stat distribution, most of the "average" psychic types really suffer for it.

singlehandedly makes them the offensive force to be reckoned with that they should be, makes sense with psychics bending spoons in their mind

Take away one of it's weaknesses so Psychics aren't so easily exploitable. I say Ghost because Ghost could use the nerf, while Bug and Dark will appreciate the boost in relevancy.

General buff of all Psychic moves by 10-20 base power.
Do something with Miracle Eye. Like make scrappy tier ability which enables Psychic moves hit Dark types. Should be available to Alakazam and other strong Psychic attackers.
