Yeah it's pure coincidence that they release a three stage super powerful Pokemon that comes near the end of the Dec at least once per gen, and by another sheer coincidence they all have the exact same base stat total.

Base stay total and being three tiers is what makes a pseudo, it has to be exactly the right amount. Slaking is stronger than the pseudo legend arise but isn't considered one.

It's much better (appearance and lore-wise) than Hydreigon on one hand, but the fact that it's not a pseudo puts it in its own niche in my opinion, just like Lucario, or to a lesser extent Haxorus, Slaking and Flygon
