Is Blaziken's popularity the reason that all starters have human-like traits now?

Well the chart says that humanoid Pokemon are consistently the most popular and marketable. As well, Fire types prove the most popular types. Therefor to maximize our profits we should make lots of humanoid bipedal fire type starters.
