These two, if I can only have one I'm not sure. Cyndaquil is more cuddle material but with poliwhirl I don't have to worry about my shit being set on fire.

Toxicroack wouldn't seem like a good shoulder pokemon, seems like it would be a dick. Still looks rad as fuck.

Shouldermon would either be Slowpoke or a poison type. the idea of slinging a dopey dude over my shoulders really appeals to me in a very cozy way, though something twisted inside of me likes the idea of sending out a probably purple pal land a nasty poison move on a wild pokemon, then I can go catch it at my leisure as the toxins wear it down.
