I already declared SM as my favorite Pokemon games the second they announced that IVs can be changed now.

I already know for a fact these games will be better than ORAS and I think I'll enjoy them a lot more than XY.

No, Hyper Training deals with IVs. You can see in the Pikachu part in the video that its IVs go from imperfect to 31. And the site states it's something that hasn't been possible before so it's definitely IVs.
