So, watching Thursday's episode of the anime, you can see that both Mega Sceptile and Ash-Greninja have a certain move powered up after Mega Evolution; those being Leaf Storm (pic related) and Water Shuriken respectively. So, I know anti-mega fags will be all over me for this but what if every Mega (and Greninja obviously) has a move that's powered up?
Mega Venusaur - Leech Seed (takes 1/4th HP per turn)
Mega Charizard X - Dragon Claw (goes first and gives the same immunities as Bulletproof for a turn) (this simulates how Dragon Claw can cut through moves like Focus Blast in the anime)
Mega Charizard Y - Heat Wave (causes Desolate Land condition for 3 turns)
Mega Blastoise - Hydro Cannon (doesn't require a recharge turn)
Mega Sceptile - Leaf Storm (has 160 BP, and doesn't lower Sp. Atk)
Ash-Greninja - Water Shuriken (has between 90 and 180 BP but only strikes once)
Here's just a few examples. People will say that this is broken as fuck but I'm curious to look into it.

Haha, this is a nice, high-effort reply to this thread! Here, have a (You)!
No but really, OP, this is kinda interesting. Perhaps Mega Pidgeot have Heat Wave powered up to make it a dual type Fire/Flying move, similar to Flying Press.
arm thrust does 30 damage per hit so it out classes close combat

iron head changes to 130 with 50% chance of inflicting confuse because the fucker looks like a battering ram

Gonna compromise with you OP, instead of Heat Wave being overpowered, just have Sunny Day give Intense Sunlight (desolate land) for 5 turns.

Yes, what about them?
Moonblast does 1.3x it's current damage and always causes it's secondary effect.

Okay so Mega Abomasnow should maybe have Wood Hammer not give it recoil.
