A-Save is a program that let's you to modify the saves of any Gen III games, including:

-Completely modify your Pokemon by making it shiny, changing EVs and IVs, having any moves, etc.

-Create or modify Pokemon in the PC Storage.

-Having x99 Master Balls, etc.

Thanks! But I will need to catch the pokemons first before editing them? Or can I just edit them straight into my PC box? Trying to figure out the program at the moment
