Ludicolo was a solved mistake once they messed with weather.
The Ubers allowed VGC is a stupid thing that needs to stop happening, but at least only happens once every few years.

Cresselia, Garchomp, Heatran, and Amoongus are fine. Across VGC 2013 and 2015, there are 12 Landoruses out of 16 teams and 9 Thunduruses/Tornaduses (having all three would be detremental due to all being flying). That makes 21 genies in only those two years. Over 1/5 of the Pokemon in the top 8 for non-Uber years were genies.

Across the three years of VGC 2013-2015 where Garchomp was unrestricted, there's only 6 Garchomps out of 24 teams. He's fine. That's the same number of Kangaskhan in one year alone.

Heatran, and Amoonguss are just the best at filling niches because of their huge BST (or movepool, in Amoonguss's case. Heatran seems to be the spot of any decent fire type, and Pachirisu only won 2014 because it filled Amoonguss's spot. Those are easy enough to fix if we get decent alternatives instead of "this is the only 600 BST fire type you're allowed to use". Cresselia is only a problem in doubles.

Aggron has high enough defense. The nature gives it more than enough extra, so the EVs can be invested into something else.

PUP boosts attack one for each hit. It's basically a 70 bp sword dance. Also EQ doesn't double hit in doubles IIRC.
