BP, probably.

They might have a pokemon that naturally holds bottlecaps (like Luvdisc and Heart Scales) or they might randomly wash up on some beach like the feathers from B/W.

Gonna guess they are a secondary currency like Game Corner Coins or whatever and will be obtainable by playing minigames.

Or they are this region's equivalent of BP, in which case I really hope Battle Spot will give out BP.
