It's one of the bulkiest Pokemon in the game, and its lack of weaknesses means that you can't break through it with super effective coverage. Because of this, it's a good Pokemon of last resort, able to take 1 hit from almost anything and cripple it with Thunder Wave/Toxic. It can switch out of Mega Gengar and boost its Attack when facing Mega Kangaskhan or Landorus.

It could get even better in Gen 6, due to Skull Bash and Psywave being legal on it again.
