So The Unova Classic is coming up but I know almost nothing about competitive, yet I want to enter and try my hand at it.

So I'm wondering what team should I bring and what moves should they know? Keep in mind it is triple format with no box or event legendaries allowed and no megas either.

I know I want to bring my Volcarona so I only need 5 more mons, I'm guessing one of them should be a sunny day setter right?
