what should i do with all my pidgeys do i evolve 1 into a pidgeotto

personally I'm saving all my pidgeys and rattata's and what-not until I hit 20, then gonna pop a lucky egg evolve everything.

Use the lucky egg and evolve a shitton of pidgey into pidgeotto. in just under thirty minutes i went from 10 to almost 14 and i've barely played

Save your candies, save your stardust.

Then power-up your strongest Pidgey to level 2000 and set him as the guardian of your local gym. Give him a funny name and enjoy.

Highest CP.

Unless you have a lower CP one with some really excellent type coverage. I don't know if STAB exists in Pokemon Go though.
