Back when Japan was hoarding Bank for themselves, I caught/bred Voltorb and Electrode, and named them Hiroshima and Nagasaki. I waited until peak traffic from Japan and released the 3 boxes of them on wonder trade

What i do is ask for the evolution while offering the pokemon with the evo item so the other person would still get a copy, it'd usually get traded moderately fast.

Also having 2 games made getting trade evos with yourself pretty easy.

Not scummy, but I once named a bunch of random mons "me senpai" and I WT them away, so the other person would get the message, "Please take care of me senpai!"

I wondertraded over 2000 Lv. 1 Pumpkaboo, causing them to evolve and need to learn 2 moves by choosing a move to drop, thus fucking up the flow of anyone trying to wondertrade constantly.

Had a non-pentagon Moltres that I got from a trade for pokedex completion.

Relisted it as having its HA and great IVs until I got one that did.
