The Pokemon people Iv bred for in Gen 6 were bred to be used in the Gen 6 games in which you can't Iv train. Now that there are symbols to indicate what gen a Pokemon was born in all blue pentagon Pokemon would be obsolete anyway. Everyone knew this would be the case. On top of all this breeding is likely still a faster method considering a Pokemon needs to be lv 100 to use Hyper Training. Plus you need bottle caps which we don't even know the rarity of. Chances are Hyper Training is only good for Legendaries, shiny Pokemon, and Dittos just to make breeding faster.
