Do any ROM hacks exist to turn the DS or 3DS games into

I saw one a couple years ago that had gen 3 pokemon using the R/B/Y engine. Can't remember the name though, so also bump for interest

Well, the 3DS can run GBA games natively because the DS exists on it as a SoC, so just install a CIA to run GBA games and install a ROMhack of FRLG that includes the physical/special split.
