More of a mysterious line of dialog. She reoccurres and each of her lines make equally no sense. She can be found in a hotel next to a wall on the other side of an elevator and she tells you to be quiet or she won't be able to hear the elevator. tons of weird shit about the Lumiose ghost girl. Just a weird npc without any explanation.

Another ghost girl even in the same gen. This npc doesn't have any lines and only appears for a split second but I think she still fits on this thread for being a weird npc. The girl in the chair appears behind Pheobe in the during the cutscene when you challenge her. You see the chair empty and then the ghost girl appears out of no where and in front of your eyes. Maybe game freak added that tiny bit in to make the battle with the Ghost type elite 4 trainer a little more spoopy but it's a weird thing for them to do.
