Anyone else finding a new appreciation for Gen 1 Pokemon thanks to GO? I never especially cared for them due to having them around for so long, but thanks to GO, I'm actually paying full attention to them.

I never realized how cute the Oddish line was, Oddish itself would make a great pet/shouldermon and Gloom would be a fun main Pokemon, assuming you could get it to control it's stench.

I actually started to dislike the gen 1 mons more after playing it and it made me appreciate that we have so many more pokemon to choose from now.

Vileplume line is a cute! Acute!
But for real, I always liked Vileplume but with go I wanted an Oddish to appear in my area. When I finally hatched one I was so excited. I'm really loving Gen 1 again with GO. I guess history repeats itself.
