What are some things you want to see ADDED to Pokemon Go in a

What are some things you want to see ADDED to Pokemon Go in a future update?

Not what you want removed, or changed, only things that you would like to see patched in.

The biggest thing worth noting I think is that the separate section at Pokestops for Lure Modules makes it apparent that they plan to add other kinds of Modules eventually. What do you speculate they might do?

Same with Pokeballs. As great as having the main 3 are, I wouldn't mind seeing specific types available. It could be interesting if they even released them during special events or at specific pokestops, like Luxury Balls only being available at pokestops that are located at fancy restaurants/boutiques

Adding wild pokemon spawns to rural areas

Different/more interesting spawn locations

This one I know will be unpopular, but making pokestops refresh every half hour or hour or so instead of every ~5 minutes. Encourages people to at least walk laps or something, or walk down a street with several stops, rather than just sit in one spot with multiple stops and just farm them.

I doubt it would happen, but making candies type specific rather than evolutionary line specific

Ability to be notified of nearby stops/pokemon while another app is open, or while the phone is closed. Or at least the ability to hatch eggs without the app having to be open

More berries/more items in general

AR interaction with your captured pokemon

Actual PvP, realtime battling, and trading

Only problem as a rural player its hard to get poke balls with out dropping some cash. I am planing on droping some money on this game because it's pretty damn good. But it would just be nice to give us rural or semi rural players a little boost. Also I wish more pokemon would be more region specific, Like water near lakes and tauros in the Midwest.

Different pokemon appearing at night and day. Seeing Zubats all the time in broad dayliught is kinda weird.

For 30 mins, the Pokestop will always yield 10 items when spun, in addition to a 2 km egg.
It also makes Pokemon more likely to spawn, but only the most common ones in the area.

>Power Module - mid tier item
For 30 minutes, the Pokestop will always spawn the highest tier of items you have unlocked. (If you have Great Balls unlocked but not Ultra Balls, any Pokeball you would have normally received from that stop is now a Great Ball). Will also receive a 10 km egg.
It very slightly increases the spawn rate. Anything spawned by it tends to be near-max CP.

>Gold Module - high tier item
For 30 minutes, the Pokestop will have a chance (1/5?) to replace one of the items you receive with (1000?) Stardust or (20?) Coins. Very rarely, it could instead be an in-shop only item, such as a Module, Incense, or Lucky Egg.
It slightly increases the spawn rate, but only allows uncommon or rare Pokemon for the area to spawn.

Team based lures sound cool, but there shouldn't be a downside to not being on that team. Rather, give a small upside for your team.

It has zero effects except for a little visual around the pokestop. All it is for is to show surrounding players that the pokestop has players at it looking to trade and battle.

They can be extremely common, not contribute to the item limit, and you can convert any other Lures you have to one.

Rather than having spawns that everyone sees, they should just have random encounters based on your distance. This way they would not have to worry about having spawns near a road or liability of someone chasing a pokemon into a dangerous area.

I really disagree with this one since Pokeballs can be hard to come by. They should increase the amount of items they give or lower the refresh time if there are not many pokestops clumped together.

I was just actually talking about this with some people.

The game is currently structured so that people who have been playing longer are inherently better. If it was up to me, I wouldn't have included a player level at all.

I honestly don't really know how I personally would rebalance the game, but there is definitely an easier way to do it than this.

You just want to use Rattata candies to power up your Snorlax, don't you anon? I disagree with this, but I think evolved pokemon should give more candies (catching a pidgeotto gives 6 candies, pidgeot gives 9. transferring them gives 2 and 3, respectively)

I don't see why this is a bad thing. It makes more sense than having to catch dozens of Snorlax, only to ditch all but one of them. Honestly the whole candy system is kinda dumb imo, along with the fact that everything is tied to your trainer level

Every few days/week there will be an event which alters the spawning of Pokemon making it so only certain Pokemon spawn. For example, there could be a "Fairy Day" where only Fairy Types spawn or a "Starter-Fest" where only the starting Pokemon spawn. Half an hour seems a bit extreme, I'd say 15 minutes would be good, not too long of a wait but just enough to make you move to the next stop, even if you're sitting on lures.

I believe the candy system is good as it is, it makes certain evolutions rarer.

They wouldn't allow pokemon/spot notifications because of the $30 autismband they're releasing. I agree with the eggs though, as of now I can't hatch them by going for a jog or riding my bike, which funnily enough you do in the games.

Lets not because you lose Pokeballs when you miss as well, which is the reason they give you so much to begin with.
Every five minutes is still incentive to do laps though especially if there are nearby Pokestops.

Actually I can see them doing it when around four gens are released since the sheer amount of different species would make it difficult to encounter the same Pokemon more than once, particularly if it was an uncommon one. Having type-specific candies would solve that whole issue, and if they want to keep a certain evolution rare they can just make up a massive candy requirement for it.
