I can't get over the name Bewear. It's precisely the sort of clever-on-three-levels but still groan-inducing punnery that I've come to love from Gamefreak.

Probably my favorite accompanying art for any of the new Pokemon thus far.

If you look on the Alola map you can see a graveyard with four graves, so at most four people have died of bewear attacks.
Also, I need a fanart of Bewear being challenged to split things in two and splitting an atom on accident.

This thing better have the stats to back up all this talk of being strong. You know how the Pokedex can be with shit like this.

post yfw game freak actually tries to put some effort into the design of these games and turns bewear into a rare miniboss-type pokemon that's very hard to catch, several levels higher than the average in that area, and is capable of completely destroying you if you're not prepared (and didn't listen to the warning signs), being balanced by the concept that, if you catch bewear, you're basically set to win the game if you don't fuck up

Hell, more environmental awareness of the pokemon catch zones would be great, it doesn't have to be anything major, just small signs that one kind of pokemon is in the area and the environment is effected by them, like if Beedrill were in an area you'd see hives in the trees
