How often do you guys frequent hotspots that are cpose to home? Do you prefer certain times or go at random?

So far, I've taken a walk to the local park or university every day. Both are about as long as my old route around the neighborhood.

The only gym I know if in my town is probably a 20 - 30 minute walk. It's a small conservation park, like a forest. There's also two Pokestops inside it. I go there most days. Charging my phone at the moment and will probably head out there in a bit.

I've been out every other day just about. I've tried a couple nearby towns, but I've found the best spot is my small ass town's historic area. It's only a couple miles away and there are 8 pokestops within a quarter mile which and spaced out enough that they'll all be recharged when I turn around to go back. I go a hour or two after work so I have time to kill some beer so around midnight or later.

That's something I haven't really seen discussed. Areas of concentrated Pokemon. I've discovered a specific portion of a random street in my town that always has around 5 pokemon at once whenever I go there.I feel a bit weird hanging out front peoples' houses catching them all
My house is a spawn area
My apartment has a Pokestop, and there are enough players around that it usually gets lured once a night. Tonight, it got three lures from other people. If I lived across the hall, I could probably hit the Pokestop two buildings over as well. Six blocks away from a park with a gym and really good spawns. Weirdly, always have the best luck late at night. Caught a Snorlax there at two in the morning.
