Which Sewers?

Most pokemon get somewhere around double cp when evolving i think, except shit bug types that evolve at 15 candy. Eevee almost triples its cp. Magikarp gets like 10x i think, mine was 80 ir something before evolve and went to just over 1k after.

Magikarp And dratini's seem to pop out by streams, creeks, bayous. Do other Pokemon appear like for electric types at electric related places? Etc. that's what I meant

It's hard to say, I'm not entirely certain. The abandoned Power Plant I generally explore has no cell service so i definitely dunno about that.

Not OP, but also asking.

Just started, lvl 5 right now, got some pokemon around CP 80 at best. A gym nearby has a single 900 CP Venomoth, shouldn't be too hard to beat, right?

How do I get better the fastest? And gyms, if I win do I place a pokemon there? Do I lose it or do I get to keep it anyway or how does it work?

This is just from my experience, but pokemon spawn based on the traffic of pokemon go players that catch things/use the nearby pokestops. Thats why no mans lands have shit catch pools. CP of pokemon is based on your level and the level of others playing in that area before, in level 22 and when i put up lure, my level 16 friend and i both find similar cp pokemon at my cp level 0-400 pidgey. You will still encounter crap but the ceiling increases with each level and so does the cp gain from evolution. Nothing is confirmed but this is my observations

I dont know about no mans lands having shit catch pools, i was driving on the interstate in fuckall nebraska and in the nearby thing i saw a snorlax and a hitmonchan. Only time ive seen either in the wild
