Can we nerf Ice? As a fan of Grass, Dragon, Ground and Flying

This is bait, but let's think about this. Ice is an amazing offensive type, but the worst type defensively. The best way to nerf it a little offense wise without crippling the type further would be to stop handing ice beam to 99% of water types. It would make ice types themselves a hell of a lot more useful.

Ice-type is removed from the game entirely. All Pokemon with Ice-typing are now Normal or part Normal instead. How does this change the meta?

They're all now Normal-type moves, and the Freeze Status has been removed entirely. Hail still exists as a weather effect, but nothing is immune to its damage and abilities like Ice Body or Snow Cloak are also removed. Snow Warning remains the same.
