It's not even effective underwater, because its sheaths are in such a retarded position and its arms are so short that it can't draw its swords properly. If you look at the attack animation the sword clips sideways through the sheath.

It's primary stance/idle animation is bipedal. It looks like shit as a quadraped.

Fagnaught is hot garbage compared to my boi Samurott.

I am actually okay with Samurott, though I guess some people would have preferred a more amphibious design. Amphibious as in great on land and water, not a literally frog or whatever. Even if it fights just as well on land as it does in the water, I guess some feel it looks way too awkward regardless, especially for a samurai-based design.
